Volunteers are the lifeblood of Trailhead Youth Ranch. They are the beginning and ending of everything that happens on and off the ranch.
oneWranglers work directly with the horses and kids, helping with the horsemanship teaching and providing one-on-one help and encouragement for the kids.

twoGroup leaders help maintain the flow of the program, encourage group participation, and help to foster a spirit of community.
|
threeActivity leaders lead or assist with an activity outside the arena such as games, crafts, or non-riding horse activities.
|
fourParent volunteers provide additional supervision, bring snacks, and help with clean up.
|
