Everyone, including parents, need to sign the "Full Liability Release Form" (If you are only attending a one day event, you can use the "One Day Liability Form" instead).
The rider will need completed copies of the "Medical Information Form" and "Consent to Treat a Minor" as well as the above Liability form.
Please bring the completed hard copy to your first day on the ranch or email the completed form before-hand.
