our programs

​At Trailhead Youth Ranch our purpose is to help kids, adults, and families grow and prosper through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  We provide the atmosphere, the horses, the trained wrangler volunteers, and the program.  You provide the willing attitude and courage to step out of your comfort zone.  It's in this fertile soil that learning about horses, learning about yourself, and learning about God come together.  
THIS IS REALLY WHERE THE ADVENTURE BEGINS!
We have 3 different programs:
​Basic, Intermediate, and our Wrangler Program.

The cost for the program is $80, which covers all four weeks and includes a ​2024 Trailhead T-shirt.
We have scholarships available! If you're not able to pay the registration, contact us to let us know you need a scholarship.

Basic Program

Each session is a 4 week, Saturday morning program for kids ages 9-18. They will get a taste of ranch life, learn a beginning level of horsemanship, and receive practical, Bible-based teaching.

intermediate program

This session is an opportunity for riders ages 10-18, who participated in the Basic Program last year, to further their horsemanship skills and be encouraged in their walk with God. This is a 4-week Tuesday morning session (during summer, while school is out!).

For anyone age 12+ who has a desire to make a difference in the lives of others as a part of our volunteer team while furthering their own horsemanship skills and spiritual growth, you can find more info in the PDF below or email Courtney directly.
